Found your info on the Ransdell line VERY interesting... haven't absorbed it all yet, though. Thank you for your work!
My Bohon line goes like this:
John T. Bohon, b. 30 Apr 1807 in Harrodsburg, Mercer, KY, m. Martha Threlkeld (of Orange, VA)12 Nov 1829 in Mercer Co. I have them down as having 7 children (My line comes from their dau. Susan). John T and Martha moved to Marion Co, Missouri, and are listed there on the 1850 and 1860 census.
John T. Bohon's parents: William Bohon and Nancy Sanford of Mercer Co. They also can be found in the 1850 and 1860 census of Marion Co MO.
Nancy Sanford's parents are John Sanford and Elizabeth "Betsy" Ransdall, both of Orange Co., VA > Mercer Co. KY.
I can't figure out who John Sanford's parents were(some say Willoughby, some say John, some say Youell). I have Elizabeth's parents as William and a Nancy Ann Petty (This is why I have found your Ransdell info so useful!!!)
I have William Bohon's parents as Walter S Bohon and Judith Threlkeld. Walter is found in Mercer Co on the 1820 census.
I have more info on the Bohon line than this if any of this is useful to you. Good luck with your work!
