I was wondering where Walter Bohon came from prior to settling in Mercer Co. KY? He is listed as a friend and executor along with Wharton Ransdell in my ancestor James Shields will of 1805. Benjamin Bohonis also listed as well as John Bohon. Are there any Bohon- Shields Connections? Any clue as to the Bohon origin might just help me find the origin of my James Shields (who Mar. Mary Anne Murry in Mercer Co KY a decade earlier)
