Jacob Bohn, Butcher, Dunkirk, NY, c1870?

I bought an undated photo at a flea market. It probably dates to the 1860s or 1870s and is identified as Jacob Bohn. The photo was taken in Dunkirk, Chautauqua Co., NY. He is wearing a white apron and I suppose he was a butcher. If anyone descends from this man, I'd like to know more about him, especially when he was born and died.
