Thanks for your help. Mildred was a nice
person and I miss her a great deal.

I am still stumped about Julia's parentage.
Uncle John said she was a PA Quaker altho
she was born in Ohio.

Her sister, Sarah A. Bogue Pepper was
William Bills' wife after Julia's death.

It's a possibility William met the sisters
through family in Ionia or Branch Co, MI.

In any event, I'd like to trade more information on Julia, maybe I have
some Bills' Family information I can
share. Have that line pretty well filled
in back before John Bills/Dorothy Tuttle.
