Looking for information on Sylvanus Bogue of Lyme,CT. He was listed as a soldier in the 1812 was, born about 178? in CT. He was listed on the 1820 - 1830 and 1840 census records for Lyme,CT. Is it possible this may be the father to Samuel Mitchell Bogue and William R. Bogue as Samuel is listed as next door to him. There were also 2 males about the same ages as Samuel M. and William R. Bogue. Did Sylvanus Bogue own any property in Lyme, or maybe Colchester? Any help on this family would be very much appreciated.
