Bogue/Boag/Boig is a surname(s) of Scottish origin.

There is also a separate Irish surname Ó Buadhaigh, which is Anglicized (according to MacLysaght's "Surnames of Ireland") to Bogue in Co. Cork, and Bowe in Co. Kilkenny and Co. Waterford (due to dialect pronunciations in Irish).

There is probably also an English surname Bow(e).

So the answer might be nearly "Yes", but only if your family is Irish.
