My ggrandfather was Elias Ellsworth Bogue. Married Sarah Ellen Hibbs around 1889/90. They lived in Coffey County Kansas then moved to Oklahoma. They had two children Mildred ellen, and Karl Elsworth Bogue. Elias settled in Beaver OK which is where I live now. He had two brothers who also moved here. Frank and Benjamin. these names are similar to those posted by Jim Loftus. All three brothers ran the livery stable in Beaver 1914 to 1916. Elias died 1927. He was 58 years old. Frank is buried in our cemetary. I'll check the date of birth. He is buried next to his intended bride who was 20 years younger than him and he was in his fifties I believe. The story is that Benjamin was killed in a gunfight in the cow town of Beaver City OK. I don't know if he's buried in Beaver cemetary or not but I can check. I haven't done much research on the Bogue side because I've had so little to go on. Elias was a large man ( I have a picture of him) He was said to have auburn colored hair.
