Thanks Frank - yes it is Joseph Oliver that I am referring to, son of James. I have the census records you refer to for Joseph, however I read the 1860 census to be James age 13, instead of Lewis, which would fit with name Lewis James or James Lewis. For James, father of my Joseph I have; James Boggs was born about 1790, and on 16 Sep 1808 at Baldwin, GA, married Mary (Polly) Simmons who was born about 1788 at GA. !1840 Ga Census Talbot Co. James Boggs page 211 0 0 2 (10-15) 03 (20-30) 01 (50 or over) Males 00 1 (10-15) 2 (15-20) 1 (20-30) 0 1 (50 or over) females State: Georgia Year: 1850 County: Talbot Roll: M432_83 Township: 23Rd District Page: 301 Image: 158 James Boggs, age 60 born in GA, had R.E. worth 520, Farmer Wife Mary age 62 GA Sarah 22 Moriah 22 (must have been twins) Czras (Cyrus) 26 John 18 All born in GA The children I have listed for James and Mary (perhaps the Polly on the Baldwin Co.
