Thanks Frank - yes it is Joseph Oliver that I am referring to, son of James.
I have the census records you refer to for Joseph, however I read the 1860 census to be James age 13, instead of Lewis, which would fit with name Lewis James or James Lewis.
For James, father of my Joseph I have;
James Boggs was born about 1790, and on 16 Sep 1808 at Baldwin, GA, married Mary (Polly) Simmons who was born about 1788 at GA.
