I'm trying to research my roots but unfortunately I never knew my great grandfather Murl Comfort Bogert b:1898 d:1965.My grandfather Murl Bogert( married to Donna May Van Woerkum)does not know much about his roots either.I'm pretty sure that he was from Michigan but I can not be sure.Our name may have been changed.My grandfather tells me that he is Lithuanian but the name deffinately is not.He is not sure if it has been changed.Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.
