I posted a reply to this before but it never made it through, I shall try again
I suspect the painting was made by my father's Brother Leendert , He used to sign his paintings L Bogert.
He was born to Leendert Bogert and Antonia Van de Ven in Dordrecht, and when he married he moved to Gelderland and had a couple of daughters, and that is as far as I have been able to trace my family.
I did meet him once in Dordrecht when I went on School holidays at Christmas.
