Richard: For years my family believed it was descended from Mathias BOGER. In fact, my father's name is Mathias Boger FINK (b 1890). Then my daughter's research concluded that our descent is through his brother Phillip. Win Wood corroborated this, that Mathias did not have a son named Jacob (through whom we are descended), but Phillip did. Do you have any specifics re Mathias BOGER's family and Phillip's family?
