I am just starting out so excuse the confusing questions. I am descended from Moses Boger and Sarah Putron. He came to the US in about 1800 with his 3 sons (James Franklin Boger is the one I am kin to, the youngest returned to Germany to learn the Blacksmith trade) and brother. His brother went back to Germany, reason unknown. They lived with her sister in Marksville, NC on a farm on Big Yankey River. We think her sister's husband name was Bob Petero. Moses worked on the railroad from Boone, NC thru Johnson City to Birstol, VA where he settled in Mendota, VA (Washington Co. VA). Any info would be such a great help. Thanks
