Tiflis, Kars, Salim, --- Georgia>CA

My grandparents came to the USA from Kars & Tiflis in Georgian Russia in 1913. Other families who came around the same time were named Susoeff, Loskotoff, Popoff, Korboff, & Sohrakoff. I am sure there are more, but those are listed on the 1920 Placer Co. CA census pages I have.
They came to the San Francisco area, then many of them settled in the Sheridan, CA area.

I have very sketchy info on my grandparents, but they were Andrew (or Henry) Fredrick BOGDANOFF and Hazel John BOLDEROFF (or BOLDRIFF). They lived in Sheridan CA. My grandfather donated the land for the Molokan Church in Sheridan.

On the census record, they are listed as Russian, then it is crossed out and Armenian is written in. Does anyone know why?

Looking for more info on BOGDANOFF, BOLDEROFF or BOLDRIFF. Thank you, Chris
