Sounds like they were different Katie Wirths. My Katie was 24 when she married in 1893. Her parents were Friedrich Wirth and Margaretha Buehler. She was a domestic in New York City. All I know of her origins is that she emigrated from Bavaria about 1877. I'm sorry, it would have been great if they were the same person. Who knows, maybe there is still some relation. I am finding in some cases whole families came over together.
