My grandfather, Floyd C. Boen, was born in Swain, Ark. Newton county around 1890. His mother was Sarah (Sara) Stapleton and father was Calvin Boen. No info on Sarah's family as yet, but Calvin's father was Robert Boen. His grave is located in the Swain cemetary.
Floyd's wife was Ethel Mae Roberts, whose parents lived in RedStar, ARk. also Newton county. Ethel's parents were John Roberts and Sarah Sears (Seers). Both families are listed on the Ar.census records for 1870, 1880, 1890, and 1900 in Newton county.
I have other names and all info on present family. I have 8 aunts/uncles and between 16-20 cousins.
If anyone has more extensive info on past relatives I would love to share with you.
