Hi ---

I was just at the National Archives today looking up my great uncle Dave Ahern's family in the 1930 census. Dave was married to Alice Bodry, and living with Dave (35)and Alice (29), who had been married for two years, were Alice's mother, Nellie A. Bodry (49), who was a widow, and Alice's brother, Robert H. Bodry (16). When I got home, I checked SS records and Robert and Margaret Bodry. Margaret was born 6/1/1918 and died 9/1986. Her last residence was Somers. Robert was born 2/9/1914 and died 10/30/1991. No town of last residence was given for Robert.

Dave Ahern and Alice Bodry adopted a son Richard Ahern, and lived in CT, possibly in Enfield or Windsor. Dave worked for Buxton. They retired to Florida where Dave died in 1969. I'm GUESSING that Alice and Richard are the Alice and Richard Ahern who died in Windsor, CT, she in 10/1995 and he in 11/1977. If you can confirm or deny that, please let me know.

Thanks.

Shirley Hayden
