I am looking at a picture that says " Cousin Henry and Family in Iowa" this picture goes with an entry in a journal that says went to Cousins Henrys in Wiota Iowa and stayed with them one night then went to cousin Marie in Melcher which is about 100 miles from Wiota, stayed for dinner Hannah and her family came over for dinner.

My great grandfather was Heinrich (Henry) Bock and he had a child called William who lived in California. william took his family on a vacation and wrote about the vacation in a journal. I feel the Iowa Bock's must be some relation to us but have not connected anything yet. Does all of this make any sense or do you have anything to add. Williams destination was Michigan where he was originally from. I am wondering if maybe the Iowa Henry might be a cousin.
