Boblett, Springfield, KY.
In the 1870 census of Washington Co, KY (Springfield is in Washington Co.)of the James Boblett household James, 43 b. VA, spouse Lizzie 40 b. KY, Ann 7, b KY and William 5/12 b. KY.
In the 1880 census of Nelson Co. there is James Boblet, 53, b. VA, spouse Permelia Boblet 49, b. KY, Anna 15, b. KY, William 10, b. KY and Edward 4, b. KY.
My great grand mother Nannie E. Boblett Broadley also died in Evansville (1932)and showed her sister Anna Jack and brothers Wiliam and Edward both of Springfield, KY as survivors. She is shown in the 1870 census mentioned above but not in the 1880 census. She married George Nathaniel Broadley in McLean Co, KY in 1884. At that time her name as shown as Nannie E. Bobbitt or Bobbett.
