Here is most of the information I have about Tempy and Anthony:
From "The Bobbitt Family In America" by John W. Bobbitt
"William Bobbitt was born in 1761. He married Susannah James in 1784 in Warren County. He was a soldier in the war of the Revolution. William moved to South Carolina and died there in 1839. William and Susannah Bobbitt had six sons and four daughters. (p 333)

A study of the census records indicates that William and Susannah Bobbitt had six sons and four daughters who in the records lived to maturity. The children were:
Temperance Bobbitt born 1785
James Bobbitt born 1786
Lemuel Bobbitt born 1787
Susannah Bobbitt born 1789
John Bobbitt born 1790
Thomas Bobbitt born 1791
William Bobbitt born 1794
Sarah Bobbitt born 1795
Martha Bobbitt born 1798
Stephen Bobbitt born 1806
Temperance Bobbitt a sister of John Bobbitt married Anthony Dowtain" (p 362)

I did a search for dowtin and found the following results which pertain to Anthony Dowtin and Tempy Bobbitt:
""140. John Early HARRIS (Joseph ,Robert ,Thomas ) was born 13 Nov 1769 in Warren Co., NC. He died 1832 and was buried in ? Homeplace*, Warren Co., NC.
Inherited some land from father Joseph.
John's home is still in existence (as of '93), although it has been partially
reconstructed & restored. It is located on S side of Duncan's Creek, on the
W side of the Macon-Embro Rd & is owned by the Marvin THARRINGTON family.
*It is believed John & 1st wife Sally are buried in the vicinity of the home,
& near the graves of Sally's sis Tempy BOBBITT & husband A.C. DOWTIN."
