Hi Marilyn,
We're related.My greatgrandparents were Thomas Bobbitt and Susannah Walters. My grandmother was Elizabeth Bobbitt born about 1863 in Rose Blanche,NF. She married John Thomas WILTON(my grandfather)on September 15,1882 in Woody Point,Bonne Bay,NF.
I will get back to you privately when I dig up the info. It's in my pile of papers. It will be a couple of days. I will also give you the name of some good NF sites and the name of a person that has a lot of BOBBITT info.
This is very exciting to me as it has taken me a long time to crack the brick wall and find the correct info.
