My Lewis BOBBITT was born ca 1703 in Charles City County, VA. He married Elizabeth MOORE. Their children were Miles b. 1731 Dinwiddie Co., VA, d. 1794 m. Mary POWELL; a daughter who married John EDWARDS; Martha who m. William PERSON; William b. ca 1738, d 1825, m. Martha TURNER, my Amy b 1741 m. Nimrod WILLIAMS in Granville Co, NC in 1762, Lewis Jr. m. Mary PERSONS and Elizabeth m. Christopher ROBERTSON. I don't have a Charity in my database but chances are good whe was the daughter of one of these sons.
