I suppose we could be related. Rosa's son, Everett Neese was b. in Hamilton Co. IN in 1886. Perhaps Everett and Rosa could be siblings. Perhaps your Rosa was named after her mother. I have sent for the 1920 IN soundex for Neese. I'll let you know if it yields anything pertinent.
