thanks for your mail.
My grandmother was a Boast from Stradbroke Suffolk. The Boast name was very prominant in that area, if you were to go to Stradbroke anyone would remember a 'Boast'It is very likely that your mother links in with the family circle from there. Anyway thanks for your details, I would dearly like the places where each were born etc if you have them and perhaps the parents names of the people in the bible. You are very lucky to have a bible there are not many about now a days. If you can give me a bit more detail I may be able to give you an idae to where your mother came from.
I don't know if I said but I am the contact for the 'Boast' one name study and am trying to list all entries for the name, wherever and whoever they are/were.
I would be grateful for any more info you have
