NOTICE OF FINAL PROOF
DAVID BOAG
Land Office at Spokane Falls, W. T., August 24, 1888.
Notice is hereby given that the following settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof will be made before the U. S. Land office at Spokane Falls, W. T. on Oct. 26th, 1888 at 1 p. m. viz:
David Boag, who made pre-emption D. S. No. 6198 for the S. E. 1/4 Sec. 4 Tp. 22 N, R. 40 E. W. M.
He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz:
John W. Feary, Thomas E. Perry, Andrew Boag, and John Boag, all of Stevens Spokane county, W. T.
J.M. Adams, register.
