Blurton surname in the UK.

I am currently researching the Blurton tree of my brother-in-law, Anthony Blurton for his 40th birthday. As part of my interest in computers, I am compiling a database of Blurton records from the UK GRO Indexes and UK IGI sources. If anyone would like me to search for names in the UK, it would be a pleasure. My own area of research is the Staffordshire area of the UK around the Uttoxeter area.
Famous Blurton: Charles Blurton, who was a master stone-mason and built the statues on the outside facade of Lichfield Cathedral, England.
Most common Blurton first name (through the ages, UK): William.
