Bartholomew Blunt, in Fredericksburg VA 1802-03

I am preparing a biographical sketch of this individual for inclusion in a projected book on the Freemasons of Antebellum Fredericksburg VA. All that I have learned to date is this: (1) he ran the Fredericksburg City Jail 1802-03; and (2) he belonged to a local Masonic Lodge, 1802-03. Beyond that, nothing.... I would love to hear from anyone with any info....

One promising lead suggests that he may have been the son of Micheal Blunt (b. c1740-?) of nearby Orange and
Spotsylvania Counties, VA, and brother to Suzanna Blunt/Mrs. LeRoy Hamilton. The Hamiltons moved to Fayette Co., KY, circa 1804. And a Bartholomew Blunt turns up in Fayette Co. KY in the 1810, 1830 and 1840 Federal Censuses!

Attempts to tie "my" Fredericksburg Bartholomew to Charles Hudson Blunt (c1735-c1798) and the Blunts of Hanover Co., VA, have not worked out; but that is another possiblity.
