Blum / Bloom family in PA????

I am looking for information on any of these people. my Great grandmother was Ruby Collins She married James Rummings. Ruby was left at the door step on the Hitchcock family where she was then raised. Her biological parents are Jenny Bloom and Thomas Collins from Pennsylvania. Jenny and Thomas were never married. Ruby has to biological sisters by the name of Eva and Georgia. Any information would be appreciated.
