Thanks for replying to my post.
I have found out that William Frank Blum was born William Frank Urton and was adopted by his maturnal grandmother and Step-grandfather Minnie and Charles Blum, from Seatle washington. I can't seem to find any info on his birth father William Urton, born ? in Sasks, Canada.
Not sure if your Blums and Charles Blum are related or not because I haven't tried to fallow his line yet.
Thanks again for the info, will check into it though.
