BLUHM, HANOVER, GERMANY, 1852

Looking for information on Bluhm family who
originated in Hanover, Germany, immigrated
to US in 1871, and landed in Indianola.
Settled in Yorktown, TX where Wilhelm Bluhm
spent his early manhood. He was an
accomplished tailor and an overland freight
hauler. Married Dorothea Baker in Yorktown;
moved to Austwell, TX in 1912. Parents of
five children. Wilhelm died in 1932;
Dorothea in 1954. Both buried in Rabke
Cemetery, DeWitt County, TX. Please contact
