Just posting to give your message a more informative header, which increases the probability that it will be read and answered.

Also, lease do not type in ALL CAPS. It is very difficult to read and is considered the online equivalent of SHOUTING. However, please do capitalize SURNAMES in your messages to make them stand out. Thank you.
