Hi. I found a reference to John Gray Blount (1752-1833) as a companion of Daniel Boone in Kentucky. The write up said that John eventually settled in Washington, NC. He served in the state Assembly and married Mary Harvey. From the earlier post about his will, I gather that my source was accurate regarding his marriage. Do you know if it was right about the rest of it?

Thanks

Ned
