I have no idea if there is any connection here, but I'm looking for info. on Daniel S. Blount possibly born 1811. Lived in either Washington or Tyrell County, North Carolina.
He married Elizabeth Hopkins daughter of Miles Hopkins and Nancy Bushel. Daniel and Elizabeth had one child Ruth Smaw Blount. Ruth married Hezekiah Chesson. Ruth and Hezekiah are my great grand parents. Any info. you could share would be appreciated.
