Looking for information on, Sarah Elizabeth Culp Blount, lived in, Tecumseh, Pottawatomie Co. Ok., children were, Tom Blount, and Orena Blount.
Tom Blount was a Doctor, in Durant, Oklahoma,
believed to have married a great grandaughter of, Major Jacob Wolf.
Sarah married , B.H. Blount, Sept. 17, 1874, she was 18 at the time, born in 1856.
Orena Blount married a man named Herd, and had a daughter named, Hattie Herd, who married , Judge Leroy Cooper, their son was , Gordon Cooper.
I would like to locate an Obituary for Sarah Elizabeth Culp Blount, but I have no date of death for her, would also like to locate her burial place or any other information on Elizabeth Culp and B.H. Blount.
Does anyone have access to cemetery records or obituaries for Tecumseh? Need to locate info on Sarah Elizabeth's date of death in order to send for a death certificate.
Sarah was born in Izard or Baxter Co. Arkansas, her mother was Nancy Wolf, father's first name unknown,at this time, possible name: Daniel Culp.
Her mother Nancy remarried to a man named Morton after the death of Elizabeth's father.
Elizabeth had a great grandaughter named, Mary Elmore.
Would like to contact anyone with connections to the Blount family, will share information.
