Does anyone have record of a Blount marrying a Johnson in North Carolina in the mid to late 1700's? I don't have many details- I'm really just fishing for clues. The reason I ask is that I'm interested in Aaron Johnson born Feb. 4 1787 in the vicinity of Edgecombe County. He named a son Blount and I believe he had a great grandaughter with the middle name of Blount. From that I assume there was a Blount in the family somewhere before him. I don't know about his parents, but he had a brother Moses born in 1780.
Sound familiar to anyone???
