I'm searching for the parents of Hattie Viola Blount born Sept. 13, 1879 d.Oct. 26, 1959. She married William Stephens Cosby. The lived in Hancock Co. Ga. On the 1880 Hancock Co. census I found a Hattie Blount age 3yrs. living with her grandparents Robert and Lucy Simmons but I don't know if this is the right Hattie. I haven't been able to find her on any of the other census. I would appreciate any information with this.
