I have just received a copy of the death certificate of Euphenia Richardson (maiden name Blount). She died in Van Zandt Co., Texas July 13, 1916. Her son-in-law F.L.Mosley provided the information on the certificate. He states that her father was James K. Blount born N.C. and that her mother’s maiden name was Koen born in N.C. Texas Death Certificates didn’t ask for mother’s first name only maiden name. Is there a Blount researcher that has more information? Would appreciate any help.
