I have a Samuel Blount from North Carolina (b abt 1784) who married (abt 1808) Mary "Polly' Tipps who was born abt 1790 in Lincoln County, North Carolina. I have no source for this information and I have yet to connect them to a particular Blount family in North Carolina. The information was gathered by my grandfather back in the 1960's. I knew of two children, Isaac (b August 03, 1828, Little York, Washington County, Indiana) and Nancy (b also in Little York, Washington County, Indiana). Are we recording the same family? Do you have more children other than Rachel? Who were the parents of the grandson who married a McCoy.
