Orge Blount m. Billy (William) Freeman

I have hit a brick wall! I am trying to research my grandmother's FREEMAN line and I need help. My ggg grandmother's name is listed on an old family tree in my grandmother's illegible handwriting as "Orge Blount." I have never heard of this name and have been unable to find any info on this person whatsoever. Does anyone know if perhaps Orge is short for something? This same tree lists her husband as "Billy Freeman," which I'm assuming is short for William, but who knows????
I have no idea where they lived, though I am assuming somewhere in Georgia, since most of their descendants lived in the Gwinett county area.
I would greatly appreciate any info that anyone could pass on!
Leigh
