Hi, Matthew. I am descended from Joseph A. Blount's sister Mary, who married (1st) Perry Reynolds. They were close neighbors to Joseph and Letty in Huntington County, IN in 1850. Perry died in 1852. Sometime after then, but before 1858, Mary married Jonathan Webb and moved to Harrison Co., MO, where she died in October 1862. She bore Jonathan Webb one son. Her daughter Waite Reynolds (1848-1923) was my great-grandmother.

I have very little information about Joseph Blount and none about his offspring, but a fair amount of secondhand information about his and Mary's parents and grandparents. Are you very interested in this family, or is your query just incidental to your interest in Letty Friend's family?
