Sorry to disagree with you, but only Reading Blount died of Cholera in 1850's. His wife Rachel is listed in the 1880 Effingham County, IL Census as being 69 years of age and living with her son-in-law and daughter, Elza T. and Mary Ann Green. Mary Ann married
Elza T. Green on 24 June 1868, Effingham County, IL

The Oldest child, Julia Ann Blount, b. 1842, married: John Conrad Horath, 18 February 1861, Jersey County, IL
