I descend from Mary Ann Chapin, b. 1870, Milford Twp (Somerville), Butler Co, OH, dau of Hannah Blossom, b. abt 1829, OH, and Daniel Chapin, b. abt 1822, OH. I haven't documented yet which Blossom is her father, but records show:

Joseph - 1820, 30, 40 Census, Cemetery 1850
C. C. - 1850 Cemetery
Caphus - 1840 Census,
Cephus - 1850 Cemetery
E. - 1840 Census
Ebenezer - 1850 Cemetery
Hannah - 1819 - md. Isaac Glines
Perry - 1830, 1840 census

Some of Hannah's 13 children are William L, Rossville or Rosswell, Perry, Silas, Daniel, Franklin, Hannah, Cora, Lucinda or Cynthia, and Mary Ann.

Also in 1850 census there is a Ross Chapin age 66, b. VTand wife Sarah, 52, b. V (?).

Do these Blossoms connect to the Vermont Blossoms? Also, was there a Blossom man married to an Oldham woman? It is my understanding that my grandmother's mother was of the "Oldham Klan" - per my uncle. It is his middle name, and also my aunt's. My mother's middle name is Hannah.
