Frank Bloomfield the dog breaker and rabbit killer?

"Family moved around a lot, through Flintshire, Wiltshire, then Cornwall (Manaccan/St Keverne)"

In the 1891 census the family were in Walderslade, Kent in a cottage on the lane leading to Malmains.
