Thanks for answering. The 1850 Lewis Co. Census has Polly's name under Henry Barker, with ditto marks for her last name, as if it were Barker. I've been to the Bloomfield cemetery there, and talked to lots of locals, and they all say that they were never married. I've looked everywhere for these people and can't find a thing before Henry Barker's land grant in KY. Do you have Henry Bloomfield's pension papers from the War of 1812? If not, let me know.
