This msg. is really abt. Skinner, but I think that Ezekiel and Elizabeth Skinner only had one child- Rueben. He was listed as the only child at the time of his father's will, 12/1757 and Jan. 1758. As Ezekiel died in Jan. 1758, and Skinner was not born until abt 1785, I would tend to think that Skinner was the child of Rueben. Rueben's age wasn't given in the will, but I believe it mentioned him as an infant. Skinner must have been born abt 1785 because the OH census , Morrow Co. lists him as age 65 in 1850.Has anyone requested a copy of Skinner's birth cert. from NJ? I may need to do that as I have spent weeks and months trying to find proof of his parents. Does anyone know where he died? Skinner is shown in the NY area after 1860 -1869 , CD 318- census, which I don't have. I did find lots of good info, wills, etc(.Bloomfield and E. Skinner family in the NJ Archives here in Ft. Wayne library. Let me know if any of the other Bloomfield researchers have info on Skinner Bloomfield. Thanks. Jean
