Hi Barbara,
My name is John Sten and Charles Bloodgood is my ggfather as well. My grandfather was Howard Bloodgood. I remember visiting Aunt Cora in Pompton Lakes as a child. As you probably know
charles' wife was Margaret Emma Hansel who married an Arnold after Charles' death. I have all of Charles' ancesters back to Holland in the 1600's. However, my mother, Elizabeth Bloodgood of S.A. left me little information about Howard's siblings so I am delighted to have the info you have provided. I would be most happy to share with you everything that I have via email.
Do you have additional input on Charles? I have a 1880 census document that shows Charles as 22 years old, Emma as 21, and a daughter "Jane" as 3 years old. Suggest we communicate via email. I am [email protected]. Hope to hear from you.
Regards, John
