Charles,
I was born in South Amboy in 1938. My grandfather was Howard Bloodgood, son of Charles Bloodgood ( don't believe he is your Charles )who I am trying to trace. I have "The Bloodgood Genealogy, Vol II and I may have found your Charles. Th e book shows a Charles M. Bloodgood b. abt. 1889 in Bordentown, NJ d. Nov. 19, 1960 in South Amboy, NJ. He married Marie( ? ) He is shown as having 2 children, Charles M. Bloodgood, Jr. living in 1964 at 214 Pine Ave. in South Amboy. Also, a daughter Mary ( Bloodgood ) Wells of Union Beach, NJ. This appears very close to the info you provided. Let me know how close it is and I'll be happy to pursue it further. I now am retired and live in Hilton Head Island, SC. Regards, John Sten
