I am looking for Barbara Williams born in August 17, 1936. Her mother's maiden name we think was Blood.
She has a sibling born in California around 19 45, 1946 or 1947 which was adopted out around the age of two. Barbara was around 12 when brother was adopted out.
Father was supposed to have been Howard Williams and could have been from Montana and possibly stationed at Fort Ord during the World War II .
