I would also be interested to learn if there were any Blood's in Virginia in the 18th century.

My grandfather George Henry James Blood was born in Chelmsford, Mass in 1860 and came to Virginia ca. 1880 settling in Sussex County.
He married first Mattie Varina Scott and after her death my grandmother Nannie Morrissett. None of his many children were named Mary Jane.
