Dear Mr. Roper:
I was most interested in your reference to General Sir Bindon Blood and your obvious wealth of knowledge about the subject. My wife is a Blood and, while recently going through some old family albums, Sir Bindon's personal calling card fell out with his address at the Naval and Military Club (the famous "In and Out Club" referred to in James Bond novels). I researched and learned of Sir Bindon's Churchill and Baden-Powell connections and am now trying to find the more personal connection to my wife's family. I've ordered his book; but am anxious for any other advice or information you might have to offer.
