Jason M. Blood was born 1824 in New York State. Exact location unknown. He died 14 March 1871 in Russell, Pine Grove Twp., Warren Co. PA. He was married first to Esther M. Palmer about 1850. They had the following children: William Freeman Blood, Norman Blood and Moses Blood. Jason was married 2nd to Mary (Seeker/Seekings) Blood. They had the following children: Della, Martha, Ida Belle, Ira A., Eve, and Lysander Wade Blood. Jason was a Farmer and Wagon Maker.
